  1. By accessing or using any of the content, information, data, text, graphics, photographs and other materials (the "Content") on this FLNA website (the "Website") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
  2. Neither GNG nor any of its employees, representatives, contractors, trustees, beneficiaries or agents, will be liable for damages resulting from use of the Website, or any other website referred to on, or linked to from, the Website.
  3. The material provided on the Website may only be used for commercial (or any other) purposes with GNG's express permission.
  4. The Website does not provide or purport to provide legal advice. The Website does not replace, does not purport to replace, and does not make any representation that it provides the services of a lawyer.
  5. All material provided on the Website is general information only and does not constitute legal advice.
  6. The material provided on the Website does not create and receipt thereof does not give rise to a lawyer/client relationship.
  7. Users of the Website must not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use.
  8. VIP Service Providers:
    1. We undertake to promote your services by featuring your organisation on the Website.
    2. We will provide your details to third parties who enquire about your services.
    3. We will provide third parties' details to you if the third party:
      1. provides us with their details; and
      2. requests the details of a service provider who offers services provided by your firm in your state; and
      3. consents to the disclosure of their contact information by GNG to you.
    4. We will endeavour to endorse your services as a preferred supplier wherever possible.
    5. We make no claims as to the number of referrals you will receive from the Website. However GNG will actively market your services using both electronic and traditional advertising methods, and maintains an appropriate budget for such advertising and marketing.
  9. Debtors:
    1. Users of this website and subscribers listing on this website agree that the following conditions will form part of any contract between GNG and the user or subscriber which gives rise to a debt.
      1. ​Payment terms are seven days from date of invoice. Full payment for all debts is due within seven days of invoices issued by GNG.
      2. Reminder and overdue notices attract a $10 administration fee per notice to cover GNG's costs of issuing said notices. This fee will be added to any outstanding debt and rank first priority in application of moneys towards repayment of the debt.
      3. All debt collection costs, including but not limited to legal advice, legal costs associated with legal action at first instance and all avenues of appeal, any other legal costs, court fees, ASIC and credit reporting agency fees, debt collector fees, notice fees and any other fees associated with the collection of overdue debts, are to be borne by the debtor.
      4. Interest on overdue accounts may be levied at the discretion of GNG and is set at 12% per annum compounded daily. This amount may be levied on outstanding principal amounts, interest amounts, and any other costs including debt collection costs forming part of the total debt.
  10. The Website makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy and completeness of the Content. Use of the Website is at the user's own risk, and the Content should not be relied upon for any purpose whatsoever and independent professional legal advice should be sought in all instances.
  11. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNG will not be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, consequential or other loss or damage (however caused, including due to negligence) which may arise out of, or in connection with, the use of the Website or the use or reliance on information, including any publication or media release, contained on or linked to from the Website. Further, we do not accept any liability for the contents of any website referred to on, or linked to from, the Website. This section is not intended to limit non-excludable statutory rights.

  13. The laws of Western Australia will govern any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Use. If the laws of Western Australia are unable to be applied then the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia will apply.
  14. If any term or terms of these Terms of Use are deemed void or unenforceable, the offending term or terms may be severed without affecting the enforceability or validity of the Terms of Use.
